Electromechanical vertical batch freezers with manual extraction and time control for a proper gelato consistency. Simple and intuitive in all their functions, they allow to produce gelato, sorbets and granita even to people with little experience.

WORKSHOP TECHNIQUES

  • Stainless steel agitator.
  • Agitator with one speed.
  • Agitator shaft with upper seal.
  • Long life polyethylene (PET) scrapers.
  • Direct drive with gearboxes lubricated for life to reduce vibrations and oscillations and avoid slippage, adjustments and replacement of belts.
  • Transparent lid that allows you to control the transformation of the mixture during the entire work phase.
  • Double lid for inserting ingredients with the agitator in motion.
