It is a graphic identity designed to represent clearly and recognizably a product that is part of our country\u2019s cultural, technical, and gastronomic heritage.<\/p>\n<p>The design stems from the combination of the initials <strong>G<\/strong> (Gelato) and <strong>A<\/strong> (Artigianale):<br \/>\nthe curves of the \u201cG\u201d recall the roundness of a scoop, while the lines of the \u201cA\u201d outline the profile of the cone, a symbol of artisanal craftsmanship.<\/p>\n<p>The green and red colours evoke <em>Made in Italy<\/em> as a seal of quality, while the soft, dynamic lines suggest the freshness and excellence of freshly churned gelato.<\/p>\n<p>This logo represents the first step in a broader project aimed at defining and enhancing the concept of <em>Italian Traditional Artisan Gelato<\/em>, strengthening its recognition both in Italy and abroad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A shared identity for a recognised excellence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The proposal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>defines the product, not the profession<\/li>\n<li>introduces guiding production criteria<\/li>\n<li>distinguishes artisan gelato from industrial gelato<\/li>\n<li>represents a first shared document between ACOMAG and UIF members<\/li>\n<li>aims to involve the entire supply chain<\/li>\n<li>looks toward possible future legislative recognition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Within this context comes the new project logo, a visual symbol of identity, quality, and Italian tradition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Without a definition:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>it is not possible to objectively distinguish artisan gelato from industrial gelato<\/li>\n<li>production standards cannot be proposed in foreign markets<\/li>\n<li>a path toward institutional recognition cannot be initiated<\/li>\n<li>a strong category identity cannot be built<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The new project logo thus becomes the visual symbol of this journey: identity, quality, and supply-chain responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>A first step toward possible legislative recognition and, in the longer term, toward a strong and structured
